This is a 6 month agreement with a 60 day notice for cancellation, no cancellation fee. Your membership fee is an automatic monthly reoccurring payment charged to your card on file.
 
All wardrobe consultations should be booked with at least a 72 hour notice with your Personal Image Consultant. If Your Personal Image Consultant is not available in that timeframe, we will temporarily assign another Image Consultant to assist you.
 
Your first Made to Measure suit order begins after your second monthly payment.
 
This exclusive membership is reserved for one individual and benefits cannot be shared or transferred to other individuals.
 
Some products do have seasonality, therefore please confirm with your Image Consultant that your chosen choice of fabric per Made to Measure suit is available for that particular season.
 
Under normal conditions, our Made to Measure process takes about 6 weeks from start to delivery to you including complimentary shipping. If there are any delays, your Image Consultant will do their best to update you and accommodate your needs.
 
Additionally, since we do save your measurements under your customer profile for future reference, prior to each new Made to Measure suit order, please notify your Image Consultant if there are any recent changes in your measurements.
