Due to the nature of the custom process and uniqueness of each wedding gown. Deposits are required on the first appointment of 50% of the total amount. The remaining amount is due upon delivery.
All sales are final as these items are made to measure and unique as such can not be resold. Possible exchange may be granted upon request however, this would only be possible on a case by case basis.
